buy a neighborhood in a perfect spot somewhere in the usa & move my family and friends to it. (paid houses, cars, and some spending money for a year but give enough to my mom, dad, and grandparents so that they never have to work again.)

all my friends and family are scattered in different states. it'd be nice to have everyone together.
