Regardless of his situation, Wayne Rooney WILL go to Germany. England will qualify easily from their group and Rooney should be fit enough for the first game after the group stages.
I hope England get fucked this year, I'm sick of all the talk of them winning it and so on, but I feel for Rooney, the lad is the biggest talent in the world at the moment for his age.
