Wrong on all counts.
Evil and Good are nothing more than points of view with exceptions and neither is absolute by any means. It is only evident in sentience when reasoning and placing judgement. Judgement in itself is an evil act and in our "Civilised and Merciful Laws", Law is indeed carried out for the greater "Good". Justice?
Men flying into the world trade center believed so strongly what they did was "Good". Ummm... For example, and from thier point of view what they did was good and perhaps to millions of people what they did was good.
However it is safe to say that we as a whole are inherently evil and Good is merely a veritable level of evil. So philisophically speaking...
There is no good.
Only evil.
