Keep up the good work! I smoked for almost 11 years and quit cold turkey 2 months ago. The 2nd and 3rd days were the only tough days for me...haven't had a single craving since.

Wife still smokes and I work into the wee hours of the night with her pack sitting on the kitchen counter, but I have yet to be tempted. It truly is a mental thing, the smell of smoke isn't even enjoyable to me anymore.

Just get past the hump (3rd day) and the rest is soooo much better. Remember one thing though...you'll always be a "reformed smoker" so you can't have a smoke for ANY reason. Even if you wait 6 months and think you can because you already have it whipped...no no. Don't ever light another one.
