Yes, its a little hard getting onsite service when my call is going to Pakistan. I don't need this guy going through the script when I know I have a hard disk failure. Get the manager on the phone (in North America) and get him to get authorize a service call, that's all I'm looking for. I don't need to make sure the power is on and shit like that. Crazy the frustration customers have to go through for Dell to save a few bucks.
