I have two friends that run non-adult sites and they also recieved the same notice from Ibill as the rest of us regarding the new Visa regulations.

It's pissed them off even more because they don't make as much money as adult sites do and they may have a hard time covering the fees.

What can we conclude from this? Visa's rules may not be an attack on the adult industry as so many seem to be claiming. It's simply a way of regulating online third-party billing companies and their clients transactions.
