Yeah, it was my fault
I was looking for a crack for a peice of software I downloaded ages ago. At the time I didn't use the program but came accross it the other day and started to use it. After trying it for a few days I thought it was wicked and wanted to but it... The buy page was down and I think the people who made the software are not even online now so I thought I reckon I can get this to work..
8 sites and half a dozen attempts later and my PC has slowed to a crawl so full of spyware, adware and virusus that it is unusable...
After an hour of cleaning the crap I try to get the software working again (i'm persistant) and eventually it works!!
result!
Trouble is Norton pops up, no virusus were quarentined, none were deleted... you are still infected
