In 2003, they let you log in to their system, or to Epoch's system. They announced in their news that there was a database issue importing the sales into their end, and that payments were getting fucked up. I was one of the people affected. Not only was it never fixed, after a certain point, they just STOPPED following up. You can see the evidence of their diligence in this thread.
