Goddammit.. I know this poll will come across as sounding racist but I am middle eastern and I learned the language!
I was responsible for training people to answer phones etc, and the other thing that got me was the black women with attitude. Sometimes I just wanna yell back at here... "Honey.. I axed you a question.. dont get bitchy with me."
