i dont get how this is suspicious in any way.

some western states you will have a lot of trouble finding undeveloped land that still retains its mineral rights.

i would only go washington, idaho, oregon, or utah. all still have lots of open isolated land for sale. Wyoming and montana do too. but very little has mineral rights. and most of it is still a little too isolated for me. that and its always windy in wyoming.
