The emails belong to her and the recipiant and were not sent to you. You gained access to them somehow and it could be considered theft and or some sort of tapping. You could in theory get your ass in a sling.
Just get over it and let it go man. Find a new woman and hopefully one that will not cheat on you, it is a better use of your energy.
