All the average idiot webmaster has to do is take a look at how heavily gamed and abused the .EU registration process was.
As far as a landrush for .XXX - multiply it by about 1000 times worse.
If this happens you can expect to pay $xx,xxx for just about anything once they get snapped up - even shitty names that would cost you $xx-xxx for a .COM equivlant.
