You most certainly are not "fat". Just need a bit of work (as we all do I'm sure) I would definately get a personal trainer if you can. I work with one of the best and it's working really well for me. Not only is she my trainer she also provides my meal plan and suppliments etc...It's worth the money. And I can still drink once a week...Beer is what will bring you down, if you must drink, drink vodka and soda. It's tough to give up beer, especially in the summer etc...You can do it, doesn't look as though you need much work...weights, cardo a proper diet plan etc will get you where you want to be in 6 weeks or so IMO.
