find out what the most popular content in your members area is (check traffic logs)... the more info you have the better such as what content is most popular with people who have recurred for 2+, 3+, 6+ months etc. and focus on featuring that content on your tour in a creative way. If you want to get really dirty you can try to monitor which keywords people used to join and what content is most popular by keyword searched and make different tours for different keywords.
