going to end this tonight at 9:00 p.m. (central time zone) buyer will pay through escrow.com and fees will be split between buyer & seller, depending on how you pay fees will only be around 1.5% to 3.0% for each of us, if the final price is $375 or above I will cover all escrow fees.
