Yeah, I used to stay in good shape for fighting, but I had a car accident many, many years ago now, and it just became an excuse as to why I "couldn't" anymore.
Back in to training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu hard now (4 group and 1-2 privates each week) along with running and weight training and I feel fucking great.
