you make it sound much easier, I run up and down my stairs back and forth, reason being I got this stupid exercise machine that don't seem to do shit.. running up and down the stairs definatly gets my heart going and makes me feel pumped, I also do weights, situps, pushups.. going to attempt running early mornings.
