yes, you're fat... but not to worry... i was 5'11" 216# 2.5 months ago... since then ive lost 31 pounds and am 185#... how did i do it? hardcore:
gym 3 days on, 1 day off, cardio 7 days a week (Stair master, in the 'Fat Burning' range for your heart rate) medium weights, 4 sets 8-10 reps... for 2 of the cardio days i do tennis or basketball for 1 - 1.5 hours
DIET (the most important):
eat 6 times a day
when u first wake up eat a carb... like 1 cup of rice (put some salsa on it for flavor, or a tsp of teriyaki sauce)
then 2 hours later, a protein like 1 chicken breast or 1 tuna steak (or canned tuna).... IMPORTANT: Get yourself a Foreman Grill !!!! This will allow you to cook the meats quickly, and easily, and draining the excess fat
also, i dont do rice/chicken/rice/chicken/rice/chicken all the time... for breakfast my carb is 1 cup of plain, fat free yoghurt with 1/2 cup of granola
and i have a protein shake with a banana after my workouts...
