this is the reason I never did shit, I feel like an idiot walking into a gym, I am not going to go outside my house and sprint up and down the street, have you ever seen a 350 pound women running down your street haha.

But I agree I need to start watching my eating habits, beer drinking "sending gf to go get some beer hahaha" and a trainer for sure, once It becomes a daily routine it will be a joke. when reading all that thou it sounds to hard to even bother trying.
