I can't speak for Bang Bus, but a conversion would mean a sale. So I guess you could count the trial to full membership. But in general industry terms it would be a surfer to a customer (member).

A rebill would be someone who's initial/previous 30 days expired, but they rebilled for another month on the site. So they did not sign up again, it just rebilled them for another cycle.
