you would abuse the algo how? by buying up .xxx top level domains right? where porn should be located at....again i know people dont like this scenario.
so lets say cell phone sites want to be ranked high..if Google and SE's gave better rankings for sites on .mobi for cell phone terms the people would try to abuse the algo by doing what? putting their cell phone/ringtone/etc.. sites on the .mobi domain instead of .net, .gov, .org
now the cell phone sites are on the relevant and correct domain because they wanted to abuse the algo right? everything becomes more relevant. thats my point. Google and the SE's should be happy that people are trying to abuse the algo in this way because in the end everything is going in the correct top-level domains....
