Well, I can still access my e-mail and FTP, acount is still not close and guess what I received yesterday by e-mail :
"Your invoice appears below. Please call your credit card bank. Your transaction said it could not be authorized with out a phone approval. You can also use PayPal if you like.

LOL! I was expecting this kind of problem, so I called my bank, told them I lost my credit card (I wanted a new card for the internet anyway). They canceled the old one and issued a new number.
