Oh dear fucking God. The proposal is to knock it off for 2 fucking months. That would be a big ass whoopity fucking doo in your pocket but a major dent to the money collected overall. You really think $3.20 / gallon to $3.02 is going to save you pain at the gas pumps? Helps nothing, hurts much.
