No. Not unless the state legislature has modified the law in the last few years. A repo man was shot and killed a few years ago. As I recall he was not even charged and tried. Shortly there after there was a proposal in the state legislature to modify the law, but it failed. So I will repeat unless the state legislature has modified the law since, it is still legal to shoot and kill repo men. Basically in Texas you can protect your property with deadly force, unless laws have recently been modified.
