You can pour water into the carb on any gasoline engine and it will continue to run. In fact, it's a common trick used by mechanics to clear out carbon deposits in the carb and on the valves. Ask any mechanic that has experience with pre-fuel injection cars and they'll verify it.

I have no doubt that eventually someone will figure out an econimical way to run a car on water or some other free substance, but it sure as hell isn't going to be done with a standard gasoline combustion engine. Those guys are full of shit. I mean come on, the "True science comes from God" line didn't tip you off?

I mean sure, Perry Ferrel adds a truckload of credability to the whole thing, but those guys aren't do anything different from a street magician. They show you what they want you to see, and leave a whole bunch of other shit out and tell you it's magic.
Well the video was pretty much a joke no doubt. The science they were trying to talk about isn't. Bush is visiting manufacturing facilities that produce Hydrogen Fuel Cell based cars in an effort to push the concept. That of course would be his second purpose. The first would be to make it look like he was doing something about our gas prices and energy.

BTW producing hydrogen from water concept as been around for years. I fucked with it as a kid and that was a long time ago. Be careful though, you might make a hydrogen bomb!!
