Sure, some people can, but let's face it, the majority of all people, including webmasters, can't pick up a phone and order a kill in their own backyard. The idea of doing it in some world country from the realtive comfort of your office is just absurd. Remember, we're talking about libel and slander here, not a blood debt over raping and killing somebody's mother. Let's try and be realistic.
