hey scott mcd - i don't think halcyon or myself ever claimed to be "the most in love couple ever" - but what we *did* do was share the love. we shared the positivity of our experience of love with each other with the board. and believe it or not (that's obviously your choice) people were affected by that, in a good way. i can't count how many people have told me that either Halcyon or myself or the both of us have made such a difference in how they handle things like...oh i don't know, haters...for instance.

it sounds like you're implying that we thought we had a better relationship than any other couple out there ... because we posted about our love here? definitely not. you certainly do not need to post on GFY to make your relationship better, and that certainly wasn't ever my intent for implication in any of my lovey posts about/with Halcyon.

but i think what we did intend, if i may be so bold as to speak for the both of us - was to spread the love - and show that it's okay to express it, even in pornland. i know for a fact that people walked away from our lovey posts at various times and thought about giving their significant other an extra squeeze of love - that's success in my opinion. there is far too much hate & fear in the world, not enough love.

even if our relationship didn't last, it doesn't make the message of telling those that you love that you love them, however you like, invalid. i think both Halcyon and i would still encourage this behaviour, regardless of our current status. besides, if we're not together anymore, all we can do is spread more love, right?
