Tom Noonan is fucking amazing....fuck "Silence", go rent "Manhunter"...much better, IMHO....
he also turned in a great performance in one of my guilty pleasure movies "Monster Squad" and was about the only good thing in "Robocop 2"
He is amongst the great b-movie elite actors along with Bruce Campbell, Brad Dourif, Bill Paxton (been in some A-list movies, but was always great in his b-flick performances), Lance Henriksen, Jeffery Combs, Tom Towles, David Gale (RIP), Robert Englund, Doug Bradley and Dick Miller...
