I have two paysites with probilling. I am not making any money yet
...but, probilling is handling them professionally. They were really surprisingly fast to get things all set up and approved, they don't charge a setup fee and they are the cheapest processor only taking 9.5% of your sales (that includes using their merchant accounts plus their webmaster and user account/password management). Also there is no min monthly charges.
There are two issues that I have brought to their attention and they have promised to look into them both...unfortunately they are not fixed yet but hopefully soon.
