What guarantees are you giving, are you putting up your house for instance?
Will the shares in the company be issued by you a bank, accountant, lawyer, what is there legality and who will hold the controlling amount?
Will they be legal shares, how is this done in Denver?
What will your accounting methods be? Will they be scrutinized by an independent accountant or lawyer?
Who will own the equipment, you personally, the company and it's shareholders or who?
Will the girls working for you, be employed by you or freelance, will you have all the necessary insurance cover and local regulations sorted out before work commences.?
