Dude the page you posted has links filled with all kinds off popups etc...
now if you go post a gallery to a tgp that links to a site with all kinds of popups etc on it you'll get blacklisted as well
Btw I didn't know you're allowed to submit gals that don't link to a paysite... I did that once and they deleted the gals as well...
