yeah.. you can't really use something like
[email protected] as the spammers put those in to try..... I do other things like
[email protected]... and the fuckers are getting those ones.. It wouldn't be so bad if the sponsors could correctly update ones email addresses all the time, but they tend to fuck it up.. Otherwise I'd just change the email address and deny the old one at the server.
