It is the same as using the wheelchair stall in a restroom. I will wait on the other stalls to open up first. As an ignorant teenager I went into a wheelchair stall and there were none available when someone in a wheelchair came in. The person with her gave me a HUGE lecture. I totally understood the difficulties they went through and I have never been in one since.

That person couldn't wait 5 minutes til you're done? LOL. I don't think using the handicapped stall should even be an issue, just let someone who needs it use it if they're standing around.
