i am tight with the local branch bofa manager (i reccomend you have this relationship). she clears shit for me manually and makes funds available asap...
if you dont take the time to have a relationship with your bank, especially bofa, then you are going to get fucked around by their rules...
dont you know that banks sit on money. imagine the interest banks make on all their customers money when they hold for a day or two extra...
