My G/F tried to open an account, they wouldn't let her. she had a Drivers license and ATMs from another bank, but that wasn't good enough. BTW if she would of had a prision release paper that would on done it for them. She has never been in jail, so that turned out to be a strike aginst her. I was sitting right next to her and have been a customer for years.
