Easy to cancel is a GOOD thing. Give your customer what they want. That is part of the customer service part of the biz. If they want to stop they will remember it was easy on your site if it was. Chances are they might come back because of it or might mention your site to thier dorm buddy.

I have customers who have being rejoining my site since it opened last Dec..... I give a bit of a discount if they join for 2 or 3 months !

So they join for a few months take a week off and rejoin !
