Problems with ICUchat, am i the only one?

OK, firstly this is not something i take lightly posting about this here at GFY, but i really feel i have come to the end of the road with the problem and have no other chioce but to ask others if they are experiancing the same problems!
I have been an affiliate with ICUchat for about 2 years and have both a studio account where i sign-up my own cam models for my cam site 121modelcams.com and also a standard rev share account.
Up until recently things had always been ok despite having to do a little chasing for payment evey now and then, but over the last few months things have got progressively worse, i have quite a number of models working for me now via my studio account and i'm sure you all know how it works. The cam site (icu) does the cc processing and bandwidth etc and then sends me my chunk of the revenue, out of which i pay my performers....simple or so you would think.
A good while ago as we all know adult sites had to stop using paypal etc to make affillliate payments and as requested by ICU and a few others i opened a biz epassporte account which is great. I sent ICU all the info, expecting to be paid via epassporte .... and nothing!
I did a bit of chasing via e-email but heard nothing back, by this time we were on to the second month, still with no payment being made. Since that time i have sent several emails (like 8-10) and made calls to thier office and cell phone numbers where i left messages and still no response and we are now into month 3 with me being owed towards the $1000 mark. I have had to suspend all my models from working and have made more calls to find out what is going on......and not so much as an email back expressing appoligies or when i can expect payment.
Has anyone else experianced this trouble with them and any ideas how i can get the outstanding $$ that is owned to me.
