redwhite, some things you said I believe are true, but this whole thing is troubling for some reasons.
- Visa at the snap of their fingers is making people fork out $750+. Who wants some monopoly abusing their power and being subject to their whim. I sure as fuck don't want someone putting a gun to my head and blackmailing me for money.

- Punishing small webmasters that run a tight ship for no reason
I just feel this whole thing is the result of the 3rd party guys failure to regulate.
