I am curious . Does stupidity like this happen in Canada ? Gez, it don't take a rocket scientist to know smoking is bad.
Crap like this is why everyone's insurance is doubling. My house insurance went up almost $ 200 dollars this year because my insurance company and many others were TOO STUPID to not have a clause in the insurance plan for mold. YEAH, mold damage.. grrrrrr
Can you even manage putting a claim against an insurance company for that ? I could not...
Anyway, I find this smoking award insulting since my father died at the age of 43 from an enlarged heart.. It could have been prevented if the HMO and medical specialists for the Police department would have done the proper testings etc...NOT tripled his medicine and not watch him... Did my mother get crap ? Hell, no.....
