I don't like laws that force you to use a 3rd party service. I understand with dead bodies there is an issue of illness and disease, but if there was nothing wrong with the body, I don't see why someone shouldn't be able to transport the body from point A to point B. (and no I don't mean like in Vacation with the dead lady on the roof of the car).

Like here in Ontario we are forced to pay high amounts for auto insurance because the law states we have to have it. The insurance companies are making an obscene amount of PROFIT and they still keep raising the rates up. I don't think that is reasonable.
