it needs 5 polls and three times icq contacts to get a real spammer banned.
and i think this is way to much.

i do NOT want to tell the mods how to do their job BUT i must say they are a bit slow and they tolarate to much.

another problem is that almost all the mods are from the same timezone so that there is no mod at all for some hours...
