It was one little camera I was holding.

I got told that photos like this are best taken indoors in the privacy of my home. People might take offense and I should really go to the council and get some sort of permission. He was pretty certain there was no law or rule or permit I required but it was a good idea to get a letter or something saying I could do this. But if we wanted we could accompany him and make the necessary enquires.

Sorry I don't remember the EXACT words but the above was pretty much what was said.

I'm a pornographer and to be blunt...

I tend not to argue with cops. Even if I am in the right! All that happens is they charge you with something stupid and then it's up to me to PAY an attorney to fix things.

On Freedom of speech/expression issue I would most likely win. But my purse is going to take a hit in the process. I pick a lot of fights over things I believe in... but I think twice if it's going to cost me a single dollar. (I admit to being greedy)
