10k on a desktop ? fuck me , what the fuck are you building , sure 10k might be with a huge ass monitor , but on parts in a desktop your getting ripped off
liquid cooling you only really need if your planning overclocking or if want an ultra quiet pc
and custom memory ? wtf
all hardware parts you buy have warranty just the same as anything else you buy
i've built enough system to know that they hardly ever fuck up
