Now I'm in London and just kicked out a Danish flatmate because I couldn't tolerate her judgemental attitude and ideas of "polite and acceptable behaviour."

There are idiots everywhere in the world. No one will doubt that.
But when the idiots appear to do asshole things in large enough numbers and the state does little or nothing to rectify or educate the fuck-twats....
Sooner or later it becomes part of that nation's culture.
