The biggest problem I see is that CCBill and Ibill have managed to get the chargebacks down. I run both processors and never had 1 chargeback with them. Ibill has more chargebacks due to their less effective scrubbing but it still was never higher than 0.6% over the 2 years. Now I might be forced to use less effective billers due to not being incorperated in the US and my chargebacks might go up also and may close billing down altogether.
It really pisses me off that the big guys with the higher chargeback rates will always find ways but the small companies who are honest and just make a living might be forced out of business.
