Not meaning to attack you, but you may want to get your facts straight before you go off and invest all this money into a business. The statement above is INCORRECT. Visa Gift Cards (all the way upto $2500.00) Can be used ANYWHERE VISA IS ACCEPTED. No personal information is required. Prepaid Visa/Mastercards REQUIRE personal information, however GIFT CARDs function the same way but do not require any personal information.

Dont believe me? Go out to the local food store or convience store and buy a Visa Gift Card. Take it home, activate it by calling a number and BOOM, you can use it anywhere Visa is accepted.

Like I said before, not an attack, just please get your facts straight.
