That said even given the falibility of a 'real' IQ test online ones are 50x worse. I have yet to see someone score below 120 on an online IQ test, ever.

You're indeed wrong. The "standard" standard deviation is 15, although some tests use different standard deviations.
As for online tests, you are mostly correct. However, the internet itself works as a filter for the stupid, raising the average iq of internet users above that of the general population, and many people just flat-out lie.
