Hrmm.. Under the refund policy link, it says:

Return / Refund Policy For All Purchases

Please contact us if you are dissatisfied. You must contact us with in 30 days of your purchase. We will require all shipped DVDs returned to us in the complete package. "exchange for defective merchandise"
