When I tested while at University my IQ was 130 on the test that as 90 as average and 140 as genius level, but I am older now and IQ level normally decreases with age.

IQ tests measures your intelligence, intelligence is the ability to learn or understand or to deal with new or trying situations, the more intelligent you are the more skilled you are with the use of reason. It does not measure with the amount of information your brain can hold, that is a Memory Test.
Also, average IQ is ALWAYS 100... no matter what test you take, how far below and above 100 is what differs between the tests.
