You are correct and of course and IQ's are important as ones IQ level dictates the limit of ones ability to learn and to understand. If you use the analogy of a pint container, a quart container, a half gallon container, and a gallon container, one can easily see that a pint container is limited to the amount that it can hold. It is the same with the brain. A lower IQ is limited in its ablility to hold/learn and to understand. In one of the tests that you speak of 140 is genius level and on another 160 is genius level. On one 90 is average and on another 100 is average. When I tested while at University my IQ was 130 on the test that as 90 as average and 140 as genius level, but I am older now and IQ level normally decreases with age.
