You have to look at the test results individually. Each test has a different numbering system. A score of 139 on one test may well be the equivalence of a 155 on another test.
A more accurate way of evaluating your score would be to look at the scoring percentile (what percentage of people you scored higher than) for each individual test.
Also each test has a standard deviation of around 15 points. A person that scores a 130 may well be just as smart as somebody that scores a 145. This allows for cultural/social differences.
